How to Create Pretty Emails for your Subscribers

Engage & thrill your email subscribers with pretty and informative emails. The Pretty Email Kit has all you need to keep your subscribers excited and engaged

It took me quite a bit of time to get into sending emails to my subscribers I am ashamed to say.

I know I was a little scared – not knowing what to write, not wanting to jam up peoples inboxes with emails, not knowing if my subscribers even wanted to receive an email from me.

But after a while I realized that as long as you are offering something that can benefit your subscriber and reader, they won’t mind getting those emails at all.

When I think about the emails I love receiving – they are full of things that will help me improve my life, my business, and myself.

But the best thing is that if I receive a ‘pretty’ email, that is attractive as well as useful and informative, I really stop to take notice, and I actually look forward to receiving those emails.

We all receive so many emails every single day. Think about the emails that you receive.  Most of them want you to buy something. Very few of them are from your friends and family. Very few of them are pretty and attractive.

Most emails we receive are just so bland – a few text lines of text and some graphics, but really most of the emails we receive are just like all the others they don’t stand out.

If you send your subscribers pretty emails they won’t mind so much if you are emailing them, especially if you are giving them good information and something that will improve their lives.

family member!

Pretty emails.

Why Emailing Your Subscribers is So Important

There are many ways a blogger makes money. They include advertising, selling products, creating courses, consulting, and collaborations.

But by far the best thing any blogger can do is have a list of subscribers to their email list.

As a blogger when you use social media, such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook etc, you don’t actually own those people who subscribe to your social media.

Only Instagram, TikTok, Facebook etc actually owns those subscribers, even though they signed up for your particular account on social media.

If that social media company goes away (and it has happened), or they change their algorithm etc (it happens all the time), you can lose all those people that you thought were “yours”.

But not so with email. When somebody signs up for your email list and becomes a subscriber they are signing up to you and what you are offering.

Of course email service providers could also go out of business etc, but it is far less likely to happen, and with an email service provider you can actually migrate your subscribers to another platform, or download them into a spreadsheet. So you are actually very protected.

Your subscribers know you, and they signed up for something that you were offering that they liked enough to give you their email address. So they are vital subscribers to reach to promote your blog & business more, sell stuff to etc.

Therefore your emails have to get noticed. People are receiving many many emails every day – most of which look pretty much the same, apart from the actual content of course.

So how do you create emails that stand out, that are pretty, that get noticed, and that your subscribers can’t wait to receive?

Pretty Email Kit

The Pretty Email Kit

Enter The Pretty Email Kit!  This is a kit full of templates and instructional videos to help you create what the title of the kit says – pretty emails!

The Pretty Email Kit

You can try to create pretty emails in graphic design software, or jazz up the templates that are provided by your email service provider, but unless you can put in a lot of work, know CSS for the most part, and have the skills to design them it is a hard and long process.

Even if you have a great email service provider (I use Convertkit which I love) it can be hard to make the templates that they provide look more pretty and attractive.

Then I found out about the Pretty Email Kit from the Secret Owl Society.  I love pretty much anything that the Secret Owl Society and Michelle Rohr creates. So I knew this was going to be something great.

The Kit is an inexpensive kit that contains some wonderful templates that you can edit in Canva for a really attractive email newsletter.

There are 6 different types of templates in the kit.  They include welcome templates, podcast templates, planner templates, YouTube templates, and sale templates.

You can edit and use the templates for whatever you want to promote to your subscribers. You don’t need extensive graphic design knowledge. The templates are editable in Canva which is a free graphic design software.

There are 2 versions of each different template, so you have a lot of choice and options with the designs.

The videos show you how to edit the templates, and create your own personal templates. You can watch in real time how Michelle and the co-course creator Alejandra edit and personalize the templates.

So stop sending your subscribers boring emails that just get lost in their inboxes with all the other emails they receive every day.

Send them emails that are pretty & engaging, and that they can’t wait to receive and read!
